We understand that bringing home a French Bulldog is a significant investment, and we believe in being transparent about what goes into responsibly breeding and raising our puppies.
At Cherish A Bulls, our pricing reflects the extensive planning, health testing, veterinary care, and hands-on commitment that goes into every litter. Our goal has never been to produce the highest number of puppies possible, it has always been to raise healthy, well-socialized French Bulldogs and provide them with the very best start in life.
Before a litter is even conceived, we invest in DNA health testing and carefully select pairings based on health, structure, and temperament. We utilize progesterone testing to ensure breeding takes place at the optimal time, maximizing the chances of a successful and healthy pregnancy.
Throughout pregnancy, our girls receive exceptional care, including veterinary monitoring, ultrasounds, and x-rays to help ensure the wellbeing of both mom and puppies.
Because French Bulldogs frequently require surgical delivery, we work with a trusted reproductive veterinary team experienced in canine reproduction and high-risk deliveries. We choose to invest in specialized reproductive care because we believe our dogs deserve the highest standard of veterinary support available.
In addition to pregnancy and delivery expenses, each litter involves stud fees, veterinary examinations, vaccinations, deworming protocols, microchips, puppy starter packages, and countless hours dedicated to round-the-clock care, early socialization, and ongoing support for our puppy families.
To provide some transparency, it is not uncommon for us to invest $4,000–$6,000+ (and sometimes more) into a litter before our puppies ever go home. A typical litter may include expenses such as:
DNA health testing of breeding dogs
Progesterone testing to determine optimal breeding timing
Stud fees
Ultrasounds and pregnancy monitoring
X-rays prior to delivery
Specialized reproductive veterinary care and scheduled C-sections
Veterinary examinations for each puppy
Vaccinations and deworming
Microchips
Puppy starter packages and supplies
Around-the-clock care and early socialization

While we understand that there may be less expensive options available, we believe that responsible breeding, exceptional veterinary care, and lifelong breeder support are investments worth making.
Our priority has always been quality over quantity, and we remain committed to raising French Bulldogs with health, temperament, and the future of the breed in mind.
